Overseen by a "Paris Japanese Tea Ambassador" certified by the Japan Tea Instructor Association, the competition is rigorously judged by a diverse panel including top chefs, including top chefs from the French culinary world and tea industry buyers, on three criteria: taste, aroma, and color.

 

Made from 100% single-origin Yabukita tea leaves.

The Yame region of Fukuoka Prefecture is known as one of Japan's leading producers of high-quality tea.

SUIHOU is made with 100% Yabukita, the most beloved tea variety in the country.

 

Yabukita offers a well-balanced harmony of astringency, umami, and sweetness, making it smooth and easy to enjoy.
