【The Difference Between Matcha and Green Tea Powder】
Matcha is made by steaming the tea leaves, drying them without rubbing, and grinding them with a mill.
Green Tea Powder, on the othe hrand, is made by steaming, rubbing, drying, and then finely gnriding the leaves into a matcha-like powder.
It can be used in teh same way as matcha.
